Learn
I teach a variety of classes and workshops throughout the calendar year. Half-day and full-day workshops, as well as 4 to 6 week courses. I can’t limit myself to just one medium, and neither should you! Art should not be limited to those perceived as “having talent”. EVERYONE is an artist! Unless otherwise stated, ALL of my classes are for both beginners and experienced artists.

I have been making art my entire life. It brings me so much joy, and I would be honored if any of my pieces made you feel the same. I have pieces exploring the beauty and wonderment of nature, pieces that examine the world and its social constructs, and pieces that simply point out the beauty that can be found in the mundane sights around us.
All work in this category is for sale. The original piece (if available) as well as prints and greeting cards in a variety of sizes. All prints and cards are on archival paper as well as individually signed. (In the future, if your grandkids bring it to the “Antiques Roadshow”, it will be worth more!) Cards are also suitable for framing.

This quote by van Gogh is especially meaningful to me. I graduated with a BFA in 1991. And because I had bills to pay, I worked as a retail clerk, newspaper delivery, commercial artist, medical graphic illustrator, medical secretary, switchboard operator, science teacher, art teacher…. but never what my heart desired. To be an independent artist. Working and producing what was in my head and in my heart. Communicating what I know to be relevant and important. Giving myself a voice.
